PAYMENTS

The delivery time indicated in the order begins after payment confirmation, which varies according to the method used:

  • Credit Card: Between 4 and 72 business hours.
  • Pix (Brazilian instant payment system): Up to 1 hour.
  • Bank Slip: After clearing, which can take up to 2 business days.

If you need urgent delivery, we suggest choosing payment via Credit Card or Pix.

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed on our website are shipped through reliable logistics partners to all regions of Brazil, up to 2 business days after payment confirmation by the responsible financial institution.

To check the shipping cost and delivery time, choose the items you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". Then, enter your ZIP code so that the cost and delivery time are calculated automatically.

Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. In some regions, deliveries may be made on Saturdays during business hours. If the recipient is absent, address confirmation is required, or the order is held for validation by competent authorities, the delivery time may be paused.

Attention:

The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. As soon as payment is approved, you will receive an email notification.

All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may take longer to confirm payment.

If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped, you will be fully refunded. The refund will be made according to the payment method used: chargeback for payments made with a credit card, or via Pix for transactions made with a debit card or Pix.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the order, according to the date registered by the carrier, in the following cases:

  • Product past its expiration date.
  • Quantity less than described on the packaging.
  • Signs of improper storage, such as mold or unpleasant odor

In case of exchange, you can choose another identical product or one of equivalent value. For returns, the refund will be full and free of shipping costs.

For returns due to buyer's remorse, you have up to 7 days from receipt to make the request, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Code. The product does not need to have defects, but the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Important: In any case, the product must be sealed, except when it shows obvious signs of improper storage.
